How To Use.

This product provides a backup power solution for helicopters and fixed-wing (later referred to as aircraft), which can continue to power the gyroscope, flight control, receiver and rudder continuously for 3 minutes when the main power supply (power battery (later referred to as the main battery) or ESC BEC) is completely disconnected (2S backup battery capacity recommended 200-450mAh). The main rotor spin inertia will ensure the aircrafts land safely by reducing crashes caused by accidental power outages.

To turn the power on, Press and hold the button for 1 second without connecting to the main battery, which also provide power for the aircraft tuning test. At this time to manipulate the throttle remote lever, the main rotor will not rotate, avoiding accidental misuse damage.

The product normally does not require maintenance, with automatic power on when the main battery is inserted and automatic power off after 3 minutes when the main battery is removed. In the event of a failure of the aircraft ESC BEC resulting in no output or weak output capability, the 2S battery of the backup power supply seamlessly continues to supply power to the aircraft control system (except motor drive).

Product Features:

ØPrevents backup power current from the ESC BEC from backing up back into the ESC (commonly known as anti-backing up).

ØWhen the main battery is not connected, press and hold the button for 1 second to turn on/off the backup power supply to the aircraft control system.

ØWhen the main battery is connected, the backup power is automatically switched on to supply power to the aircraft control system.

ØIn using process, the back-up power supply automatically charges the 2S battery without maintenance.

ØIt can automatically turn off the backup power and enter standby mode in 3 minutes after disconnecting the main battery, without disconnecting the 2S battery, or manually shut down the power.

ØWhen there is no power supply to ESC BEC in flight, the backup power supply fully powers the aircraft control system (except motor drive), and the red LED lights and flashes to indicate.

Note: The voltage of the 2S battery connected to the backup power supply cannot differ from the ESC BEC voltage by more than 2 V. For example, if the ESC BEC is set at 8 V, the voltage cannot be lower than 6 V when the backup battery is connected.

Keystrokes.

When the main battery is not connected, press and hold the button for 1 second to turn on/off the backup power. When connected, pressing this button is not effective.

Indicator light.

Power on status: the LED flashes when the main battery is not connected, long light when connected.

Off state: LED is off

Note: The left row of pins is the input, the right row of pins is the output. There are upper and lower sets, wiring should correspond to each other.

For example, the throttle cable is connected to the lower set of row pins of the input, then the output is connected from the lower set of row pins. After wiring, do a good job of fixing the board as well as the row of plugs, please do not let the row of wires under tension to avoid the row of plugs off.
